HRMS Punjab mobile app is a one-stop mobile app that government employees can use to view service book details, including all service history since joining of service besides education, nomination details, etc. Through the app, people can also View of Pay Slip, Income Tax deductions (TDS), and Annual Salary Statement of the Salary option.
GPF Ledger & Statement is also available under the GPF option. People can View of Group Insurance Scheme (GIS) Statement depicting saving and insurance funds contributions are public under GIS Tab.
Facility for applying for Leave online & viewing the status of applied Leave, viewing Leave Ledger shows different types of leaves available to the employee at any moment and Leave Reporting/Approving officer details are available under the Leave option. Loans and advances related details and recovery ensured so far are available under the Loans & Advances option.
HRMS Punjab mobile app also facilitates the employee to enter a request for updating mobile number, email and address, etc. It then goes to the concerned authority for change and maybe edited by the concerned officer through web-application visible to the mobile app's employee.
Other general facilities available under the HRMS Punjab, mobile apps is Phone & Email directory of different departments, employees/colleagues having birthdays on a particular day in the office.
To access the mobile app's content, it has two-level authentications (employee code and password and PIN) enforced in accessing and viewing the details available through the mobile application. The app is very beneficial for Government teachers.
